Your staff is already using AI. The question is whether your practice has a plan.

Small practices feel the pressure first: thin front-desk teams, rising admin load, and vendors pitching AI in every demo. This session gives you a clear way to decide what to adopt, what to skip, and how to keep patient data safe.

“Where do we even start?”

Scheduling, reminders, intake, documentation, billing follow-up, reviews. We rank the use cases that pay back fastest for a small practice.

“Is this HIPAA-safe?”

Free AI tools and patient data don't mix. Learn which tools sign a BAA, what never goes into a chatbot, and how to set a simple staff AI policy.

“Will my team actually use it?”

Most AI rollouts stall after the demo. Get a 90-day pilot plan with owners, training and the numbers to track so it sticks.

Four tools you can use the next morning

AI Readiness Scorecard

A 15-minute self-check across data, systems, staff and security that shows where your practice stands today.

Use-Case Priority Map

The front-desk, clinical-admin and revenue-cycle tasks where AI saves hours first, ranked by effort and risk.

HIPAA-Safe Vendor Checklist

90-Day Adoption Plan

A fill-in template: pick one workflow, run a pilot, measure it, then scale. Who owns what, week by week.
